HUD TO ANALOG SWAP small question

For the swap I know you need the subharness. By what i know there are 3 plugs that attach to the back of the cluster. They travel and become 2 connectors. Those 2 connectors then attach to 2 other connectors. One of the connectors go to the ecu. The other behind the dash. Which do I need to do the swap..

its a single subharness, there is only one. its about a foot long, with (like you said) 3 connectors on one end, and 2 on the other. the 3 go into the back of the cluster, and the 2 go into plugs that are already under your dash.

The end with 2 connectors on it . I need no further wires. Correct. If I have the harness that directly connects to the cluster, than that is all I need . Am I right?

correct, there is only one harness you can have, unless you tear the whole interior apart.

the sinlge harness you have, with the 5 plugs, plugs in the cluster and plugs that are "permantly" in the car.
