Car is a 93 240 Coupe. As the title states, No Dash lights (no illumination), HUD, odometer, tripometer do not work. The speedometer works. When I turn the key to accesorries, only the 4 lights to the right of the speedo works. All fuses are good. I checked through the forums and found all the topics concerning the Capacitor resoldering thread(s) and check of the TCM. Timing control module was good. A look at the HUD cluster checks good for a visual inspection of no burnt out paths. My greatest concern is that when I purchased the car I noticed the entire wiring harness for the radio was cut. I read a thread which talks about a Red/yellow wire and Red/blue wire that shouldnt be touched. Too late for that. Whats the fix for those wires? They are all cut flush with no wires protruding out. Do I just ground these? Or wrap with elec. tape? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Search for the fix in the FAQ.s . There is a very good guide in what to do and look for then when you have the problem. Is in the same guide that shows the alternate fix for the timing control module. I believe it says to sometimes you can ground the red/yellow wire and your lights will work.
