HUD lights not working, HELP i can't see at night!

I have a 89 240sx (XE), motor KA24e. anyway, i posted here to get the speedometer fixed and i changed the copacitor(which was kind of a ***** , but it worked!) i was hoping that by fixing the LED type speedometer the HUD lights would come on too.

But, No matter what time of day whether my headlights are on or off there are no lights that show up behind the guages, I can't see the tacometer, fuel gauge, etc. Can someone tell me if this has happened to them and how to fix it please!

You mean none of the dash lights turn on? If so, mostly likely a faulty TCU. Look on the kick panel next to your left foot next to all the fuses. There should be a white box. That's probably bad.

if bulbs check out ok, highly doubtful he blew all of them at oncei would agree with wangless 100%, find one and swap and see, mine had the same problem, till i found the box lying in my extra relays box, changed it and all is in the well...
