HUD lighting question

I'm looking to change the lights in my HUD and my AC/Heat dials from the orangish color to a blue. can anyone help me on how to take the areas needed apart?

When i say HUD i mean the dash lights. is there any way to change the colors of these?

dig around a few pages back, some one did this with red lights. I believe he said the ac controls were relatively easy but you have to be pretty good with a soldering iron to change the stereo leds.
