My car currently has a faulty HUD instrument cluster. I bought one and it was said to be in good working shape. I was assured it worked fine. When I removed mine, I noticed I only had 1 red wire protruding, and that was connected to the back of the cluster.

However, the unit I received has a red wire that's connected to the back of the cluster, AND a green wire that was cut on-top of the red wire. Mine originally didn't have that green wire. What's it for, and why is it cut?

yeah i only have a red wire also. so i have no idea, where it could lead because the FSM does not show a wire like that in the diagrams.

I know I'm not the only one with this cluster on NICO. Someone has got to know.
