This is for the Honda, of course. We bought a new hubcap for it and put it on and I made it about 7 miles before it came flying off. It really doesn't fit good at all. Any suggestions or tricks?? Hubby wants to superglue it on and I don't want him to do that. Whoever buys it is going to be pissed when they try to take that wheel off the the hubcap is glued on.

Remove all hubcaps and call it a day? Get an OEM one from a junk yard that will fit better?

I think I like the superglue idea better.

Yeah, that would kinda be a pissoff.

I read one thing that said to go round and round the hub with electical tape and build up a ridge for the clips to fit on. I might try that.

This car is driving me to drink more. I still have to figure out how the get the CD out that is stuck in there.

If anybody wants a car destroyed, I have just the person for you.

It could have been worse

I could not get my rear wheel off if I needed to.

Could a 2013 be in my future?

I'm not even at 3k miles and stuff already happens

Eek!

I'm just glad the darn thing didn't hit someone's car. I was going pretty fast (I had all the squirrels going at once) when it flew off. Hubby was behind me, thank goodness, and saw where it landed. You should have seen us digging in the weeds looking for it. :chuckle: I just knew I was going to find a snake. You just don't know what an experience this has all been for me.
