Is it possible to swap the hubs over on a 94 Altima to Sentra hubs? We need smaller brakes on the front of our Sport Compact so we can fit 14 inch rims on the front.

Your front brakes are so critical to the Altima design (and any other car for that matter), switching them out for smaller brakes could be a dangerous proposition even if the hub splines and bearings for the Sentra were identical. I don't believe they are.
