Welcome to NICO, Mark!

Interesting! it has Infiniti badging, but is right hand drive. I was under the impression - apparently mistaken - that the 1990 Q45 was only sold in the US under the Infiniti label and badges. Am I wrong about that? Is the grill original?

Wes, how can you tell that it is an active suspension?

Probably by the front shocks and the tubes going into them.

There are some Infintis with Q45 badging in Japan. I doubt they were sold that way, but it may be an aftermarket conversion (or someone with factory connections).

This one has 94-96 grill but 90-93 rear end (no chrome).

The first Infiniti Q45 (HG50) was sold in Japan alongside the Nissan President. They were sold at Nissan dealers with Infiniti badging. I saw a good number of them running around in April.

Aussie, Wes is refering to the rear A/C vents.

It may be a 94-96 grill, but it sure is "pushed" out further than I would expect - see my 1995 Q45 picture to compare:

Looks like it may have been added on top of the 90-93 grill without removing anything "underneath"?
