Board up their building, remove all computers/tvs, place guards, and now they can't leave for 15-20 years.

You can't arrest a corporation, you can arrest responsible parties in it's ranks. You can seize its means to conduct business until its ranks are cleaned up. But once the ship is righted, and the responsible parties are dealt with, what is the justification for further sanctions on the corporation? Its like disbanding the Reds just because Pete Rose f*cked up. Get rid of Rose, punish him, and any other parties involved, but don't throw the bath water out with the baby.
