HS header help ASAP!!!!

ok guys, i installed my Hs header this weekend on my 91' s13. now my problem it this i beleive it is the AIV hookup (the hole closest to the ground), i am unable for some reason to thread it back in. I was told it is for emissions purposes only, so im willing to do with out it and plug the whole. So i was told that i can use a nickel and maybe some gasket sealer, also ive heard of people using copper threaded caps from home depot or someithing. let me know what i can do people.

i bought a metal plug and had a shop weld it in. couldn't get the pipe out of my old header and new ones were ridiculously expensive from Nissan. i had no luck whatsoever finding a plug that was big enough to actually fit/thread in the hole though. good luck!

uh, i cut the hose, sealed it up, and the crushed the ramining hose ont he original bolt for the EGR and then welded it up with a Mapp gas torch from a hardware store and a coat hanger. seasm to be working
