Thats on the drivers side the knee panel(not sure its technical name kickpanels on the left so knee panel will be fine )

Anyone know where these are suppose to go?

'89 coupe with cruise and power everything...

I have no idea what that is, but I have one down there too. I guess it is supposed to be unplugged?
