Oh and here's another doodad I've been working on. S13 front LCA + hub + coilover conversion has given me +20mm(ish) track, so in order to even up the rear with the front and to fill those nice big flares, I'm going to a 20mm spacer from my current 8mm spacer.

Really what I'd like to do is move to a 10" rim and run some 305s, but spacers are cheaper to make. Anyways, holes are drilled now and I've test fitted them, and my wheel studs aren't long enough >_< I've already upgraded them once, time to look into some even longer ones!

GOOD WORK!!! omfg looks niice! Solidworks ftl though lol jp I'm just an inventor junky so I dont really like solidworks, but anyways, if you're going to be having those valves made for your car you better make sure you get the right angles and widths on at the end of the valves because iirc the exhaust valves are made with a greater angle than the intake at the ends. But you have to be REALLY accurate with that stuff, their designed a certain way for certain purposes such as keeping debris from keeping the valve open.

ahahah, inventor = fail, I've used both. There's a reason I've stuck with Solidworks for the greater part of 6 years now.

With the new brutal engine mounts complete, the next step is to begin fabricating the new headers.

Last night I fitted the dummy block assembly (minus sump, which is to be tig welded soon), fitted dummy heads to it, and chucked the plenum on top for laughs & to see what kinda clearance it's going to have.

The engine sits really nicely now, I'm very happy with how its positioning ended up. Fabrication to begin soon!
