How did you pay them? Cash, check, or charge?
If you paid with credit card or check card, contact your financial instution (the people who issued you the card) and tell them that you paid for goods to be shipped you haven't received, and would like the charge stopped and your money back.
Most cards have 30, 60, or 90 day purchase protection.
If you paid by check, stop payment on the check, or call your bank.
If you paid by cash... I hope you didn't pay by cash.
You can file a fraud and theft report with your local PD as well as the local PD where the shop is located. If the charge crossed state lines, you can involve the FBI.
Or, you can CALL the shop and find out what's going on.
