hello kinda new with the sr20 world just wondering how much hp the stock bottom end can hold up to decently ??? tell me your experiance thank you

It's the last paragraph of the first post. I'm not a "search" nazi, but that one was pretty basic. Most sections on this site have a FAQ thread. Check out that thread before you ask questions just because the information that's in there is information that several people ask all of the time. It gets annoying trying to answer the same question so many times when the information is already published in a section assigned to "Frequently Asked Questions." The thread above states that the stock internal, ideally, can handle around 400rwhp. The SR20 itself can produce far more impressive numbers when upgraded. My favorite figure was a 1400rwhp S15. Mmmm... The highest stock bottom end I heard of was in the 5s somewhere, but don't hold me to that.
