I'm assuming you're referring to WHP (Wheel HorsePower) when you ask what your car's output is. Remember that the stock KA24DE produced 155 HP at the CRANK. From my somewhat limited knowledge of driveline characteristics, you can plan on losing about 15-20% of your HP in the drivetrain. Therefore, the STOCK KA24DE made anywhere from 125-135 WHP.
Then, if you assume that your intake boosts your power by about 10% (which is a little high, admittedly), and that your exhaust system (from the headers back) does ABOUT the same, then you're looking at something a little closer to 145-155 WHP.
This is all dependant upon the assumption that your engine is as strong as it was when brand new... which is unlikely. Now you're looking at something a little weaker than 155 WHP. Then again, you do have the pulley, which frees up a LITTLE power... like 3-5 HP.
Of course, you never can tell for sure until you get on a dyno and test it. My ballpark figure would be around 145 WHP. Again, I could be wrong, and there are definiately more qualified people on these boards. But when it comes to HP figures, I always try and low-ball my guesses. That way you won't be sorrily disappointed if all your vaunted work turns out less than you'd hoped.
