Any time you come close to doubling the horsepower on a car, it's going to take some extreme modifications. Cars are a little overbuilt, sure, but my estimate is that with "CYA" ratings (cover your ***) they'd only be able to withstand the rotational inertia and other forces put on the parts by a magnitude of an additional 30-50%.
Also, with the 119 or so HP motor in the versa, I don't think there's anything you can bolt onto it short of an electric blower to get it up that high, and at that point you're going to just blow out the engine. It may require a total swap and due to legal issues, you have to replace it with an engine that is as old, or newer than the one that's in there. The engine compartment is already tight, so it'd take even more radical modifications to get something else to fit.
