Lets take my 07 M45 for an example. Engine is rated at 325hp/ 336Lbs Tq @ flywheelThen you add 15hp/ 12Lbs Tq more at the rear wheels over the factory rated rear wheel HP & TQ on a dyno pull. What Hp and Tq figures is the engine producing at the flywheel now?

On a dyno pull, you actually see a decrease in of about 15-20% from the published factory flywheel numbers depending on the car due to driveline loss. Taking the median of 17%, you would be seeing about 270HP and 279 ft/lbs of torque on a dyno pull. This is pretty general as every car is different even from the same factory line.

That's not exactly what I ment. If the engine is producing 325hp/ 336lbs tq, then I add a mod. Say it's gains were 15hp/ 12ft lbs torque more at the wheels. What I do not know is what a stock M45 06 & up gets at the rear wheels. Though I want to know what will the engine be producing at the flywheel with the addition of 15hp/ 12ft lbs tq at rear wheels over stock. It would have to be numbers larger than 325hp/ 336lbs tq. I would guess it would be producing 355hp/ 357 lbs tq at the flywheel now. Am I wrong, close, or lost everyone?

As stated above lets say about a 20% driveline loss for an automatic. So if you add 10 RWHP then add 20% to get to estimated flywheel HP (12 FWHP). Your example of 15/12 would net approx. 18 FWHP and 14.4 FWTQ.
