Screw??? My '01 FSM (I'm guessing the'02 is the same) sez there's a NUT. TheFSM doesn't say anything about a special tool, but a small spanner would do it. There's a very small number of manufacturers of power antennas, you might askat a GOOD autoparts store if there's a tool. Otherwise, a pair of smallneedlenose pliers shound do it. Stick them in the two holes from above andturn.
Be glad it isn't an '87 vette. You have to replace the whole unit ($$$) and somewag said they hung the antenna from the ceiling and built the rest of the cararound it. My 'vette was down for a month while I replaced it. It now hasan '88 motor, which can be replaced the same was as your PF.
BTW, when you put the new antenna in, FSM says toothed part faces aft.
