Hey guys,

I recently bought a 1995 240SX SE and it had this damage before. I wish to have it repaired, but I'm not sure whats the best way to have it repaired. As you can see in the pictures its also rusted. The previous owner said he ran something over and the tire kicked it up damaging the car.

Should I have the door, fender, and side skirt removed cut and welded? also the chassis there need to be welded. What would you recommend to repair it?

Thanks in advanced for any input on this.

*sigh*

its a PITA getting a parts car, esp. when you want a clean s14 that doesnt have to be shipped from the west coast.

Junkyard... Ask the manager of the vicinity if you can perhaps cut a part of the s14 off and ask for a price estimate. He might try to choke you for gold as this isnt something people do everyday, but dont hesitate to haggle.

I would start by taking the fender completely off and inspecting what part of the actual uni-body is damaged. Make straight cuts and slowly tack weld the new piece untill it's filled completely. Depends how perfect you wanna get with it. just my .02 cents. Good Luck.
