Jesus why do you have a fast car do you realize driving a 100 mph the brakes can fail and have a "wholycow" failure and can kill you? if you never take risks you don't get anywhereliquid_cool wrote:dude...what should we write on your coffin since you still think driftin O'l rusty is cool?..you do realize that sliding that rust bucket with a possibility of a wholycow failure..can kill you?:

i have a 10 point roll cage in my S13 kiddo...incase of those wholycow failures...you have nothing..and just so ya know...it only takes 25 mph to get ya a hospital bed....and it only takes 35 mph to get you custom fitted for a pine box!...with the rust damage you have...any accident...ANY at all..is a massive falure!...take the advice from us please..we only worrie about another 240 guy ending up somewhere we could have prevented..dead..kaboost90 wrote:

This is true. But take the right risks (stockmarket, hookers), not cars.kaboost90 wrote:if you never take risks you don't get anywhere
I dont think you can weld metal to rust. The car is not fixable, your pissing up a rope at this point. Wait until you get your new car and part rusty out.kaboost90 wrote:So if I install a roll bar in my 240 the rusty it wont have to rely so much on the rusty unibody correct? so could this be a fix? I don't know much about roll bars except they protect you if you roll lol and they make the car more rigid and strong I already have a 91 dual cam clean on the way in a couple weeks but I could make that my daily and this the drift slut
Rust doesn't bendkaboost90 wrote:If I fix that rail it would bend at most not snap
Nothing is sealed.kaboost90 wrote:how does rust even oxidize in those areas that are sealed?
The cancer has already taken control. Don't believe me? Sandblast it, see what happens.kaboost90 wrote:If I just fix the rust I can see, what would end up happening in the future? I think I know pretty much already but just want to hear other opinions I was thinking of just swapping the engine to RB have my fun till it breaks then get another shell. how long do you think ol rusty is still got before the cancer takes control?
You will fall through the floor, or your wheels will fall off, or your hinges will snap when you open the door to get in/outkaboost90 wrote:any way to test this lol if I keep driving on the rust what notciable changes will be in the way it drives?
If someone has already started replacing parts on this car, and GAVE UP,,,that should tell you something. i think you would have a hard time finding a reputable body man that would touch that car. He/she couldn't afford the liability.kaboost90 wrote: I think the rails were replaced before. I rather pay a body man to fix the rail then pay 1000 for a shell and waste weeks on end transferring everything and SE models are harder to find especially in my area Modified by kaboost90 at 5:33 PM 8/27/2009
The worst: you die...or you kill someone else. You aren't the only one out there on the road, especially in commuter traffic. Have some respect for the other people on the road with you. They have husbands, wives, and babies waiting for them at home.kaboost90 wrote:Whats the worse that could happen? the unibody gives in, the driver suspension grinds on the ground, it slides till I come to a stop, I tow it home pull the ka then give rusty the grave she deserves I could see the problem if I was going like 70mph or more and I hit a bump but my commute doesn't even get close to 50mph right now I'm just gonna grind all the rust off the exterior just so it doesn't spread
If you don't take stupid risks, you are less likely to hurt yourself (or someone else).kaboost90 wrote: if you never take risks you don't get anywhere
You do NOT want to drift a rust bucket, even if it has a full roll cage. The twisting is too much strain on the car. (BTW...it's not wise to try and weld rust).kaboost90 wrote:So if I install a roll bar in my 240 the rusty it wont have to rely so much on the rusty unibody correct? so could this be a fix? You're young. You have time. Save the money and do it the right way.kaboost90 wrote:B, I part or sell the car I save the money I work a couple months I buy a clean 240 for 2-3k
But the time and money it takes to make option B a success I could have A SR-T or RB-T in

I'm not interested in seeing some YouTube video, that means nothing to me.kaboost90 wrote: wow if its annoying why do you even check back? and I didn't know I had to take a class or be driving for 20 years to become a drifter why don't you check out this kid who's ten years old.
Nope. If I was your "Pops", I'd bust you in the lip for being a disrespectful, snot-nosed, unappreciative little assclown.kaboost90 wrote:Sorry your late in the game pops
Yes, THEY should. But THEY aren't drifting your swiss-cheesemobile, YOU are. So why are you telling me about THEM?kaboost90 wrote:....so I think they should know if something seems outta place on the cars suspension abilities.
Then you must fail at the Internet. They're all over my MySpace page, my FaceBook page, and in most of the articles posted in the Articles link, right above this thread. Then again, I don't have to prove anything to you, Junior.kaboost90 wrote: No offense but I checked your website and see no pics of any of the cars you claim to own
Where'd you see that? Hmmm?kaboost90 wrote:or any pics of your "elite drifting" as you call it.
There's a lot of things you don't know.kaboost90 wrote: Idk how you have the time for all those posts on your site, and this forum and only god knows how many others, and still have time for a job and to keep up on all your cars and do your racing/drifting that your so good at.
You got answers. But you keep arguing.kaboost90 wrote:I really dont understand your bashing but it seems pretty immature to me, I meen really? what was the whole point to posting that above? I came here to find answerers not flamers.
I don't make stuff up.AZhitman wrote:Don't go acting like you know what the hell you're talking about now all of a sudden, and DO NOT start lipping off like you're some "elite drifter".
