How would i fix the panels that make my windows go up and down?

THe panels on the door are kinda loose and they make my windows work and everything. How do i fix it without breaking the panels on the doors?

Is the pawl broken?

Is the screw loose?

Is there any damage?

I got your email.Be sure to check the condition of the grommets/clips/thing-a-ma-jiggys on the inside of the door panel.

They look quite similiar to the following:
