Looks like a car computer. Don't know too much about them but I know theres a whole forum devoted to them. Searching carputer should get you some results.

Some Kenwood and Alpine monitors allow you to change the background by uploading images.

yeah...looks like a carpc with a touchscreen display. a very cool setup i would like to do one day...but probably only after i've spent money on everything else i want to do. you will easily spend over $1000 on a setup like that, which could be better used towards engine or suspension mods. everyone has their own priorities though.

just noticed you asked for the size...it looks like it's around 7 inches but dont quote me. just find a double DIN sized monitor and you will be good without having to cut up the bezel.

hahahah i didnt either for a long time i just got a head unit and speakers and a sub but my speakers are horrible
