How to wire kouki tail lights?

I installed my Koukis this weekend and i couldent figure out how they work. do you just splice the wires or what.

Any info would help

The new plugs will look like they fit but they don't. Splice the plugs off the old lights onto the new ones. Wire colors should match up. Be sure to use the black goop to seal the lights in place unless yo u want a lake in your spare tire well when it rains.
