how to use/operate the LC-1 wideband?

First off, with the use of the LC-1 and a laptop, is datalogging possible?

When you buy the LM-1, i guess it heats the O2 sensor.. how does this work with the LC-1?

I guess I'm just looking for technical info on the LC-1. I've been looking around and havent found too much.
