How to turn off the B indicator on the display

I know what's it's for but I thought there was an option to turn it on and off. I can turn ECO mode on and off but not the B.

When you change from D to B, you move the "mouse" to the left and back. Do that motion again, and the D/B modes toggle back and forth.
