How to tune 97 maxima?

I added an exhaust, headders all the way back without a cat(just straight pipe) and it is running rich. Does anyone know how to adjust it so I can get the full power out of it? Or any places that will Tune it. Also I have a short ram intake and underdrive pully it that matters.

You can install an air fuel controller and take it somewhere to have it dyno tuned.
