how to test coilpacks and ignitor on rb20det

can anyone list the procedure on how to properly test the coilpacks and ignitor on the rb20det?

Forgive me if im wrong, but i know somebody will correct me, you have to get a ohm meter and measure the resistance across the terminals diagonal frome eachother. Find the specs on how much resistnace the coil packs can have. Ignitor chip, i dont know so i wont attempt
