How To Tell Which Sound Sytem I Have In '06 M35?

Greetings. I am a new participant on this forum with an '06 M35 also owning a '94 Q45. For the Q I was able to have an Ipod connector made up for the bose sound system and I am looking to do the same for my M, if possible. The connector in that case went into the rear of the radio. The first step forward would be to identify the exact model of sound system in the car. Where is it listed?
