How to tell if its timing chain making the scraping noise

I have a 94 Altima 141000 mi that makes a scraping or draging noise in the area of the timing chain. I removed the belts and it still makes the same noise. Seems the noise gets louder after it warms up. Does this sound like the chain, sprockets, tensioner, chain guidesAnd is this a common problem with the Altima.

Chain guides are probably worn. It's not an easy job to be sure.
