how to tell if clutch is any good

ok well i have a clutch from an sr20 i think it came with my car when i first got it and what i was wondering is if there is a way to tell how good it is and if it is even for a sr20.

Most of the SR swaps use Maxima clutches and flywheels. It creates a bigger surface area to apply the power of the SR. As for knowing if the clutch is good, check for cracks or anything of the like. Any unusual wear, things like that.

Is it's still working and if it's not that deep when you stepped on it. No cracks inside and out.
