i dont believe there is a governor on these cars, its go go go until you runo ut of gears XD unfortunately i don't think you can go any faster without screwing with the intake, and fuel system right guys? O.O the only thing i could possibly suggest is a high volume fuel pump, you could put some bigger injectors on it but you would have to find a 300zx or maxima maf to replace yours i think and it has to be tuned as well.

Call me a prick, but that reply is awesome.

Just a word of advice, NICO is full of people who preach safe driving believe it or not. If your going around asking how to go faster than 115 on the highway or any public road, most of your replies to your thread will consist of people calling you an idiot.

So here is my advice, if you want to drive that fast, go to the track. Take it or leave it.

BTW, welcome to NICO

You could either get an ECU tune to get rid of the governer, or replace the ECU with one from an auto.

Either way, going that fast on anything other than a track is stupid, dangerous, and illegal.

Look at the harness going to your ECU, Pin 32 is a yellow wire with green stripe, that is the wire that tells the ecu how fast your going. Clip that bad boy and tape off the ends and your good. Your speedo and all that will still work. MAKE SURE IT IS PIN 32!!!! I've done this mod to lets of s13's just make sure your clipping the right wire

I highly doubt you actually hit those speeds on a track. I've run trackdays at multiple tracks and have never been able to get to triple digits. In fact even a Ford GT was only able to hit 120 mph at my last track day. Typically the straights aren't long enough for our lower hp cars to get up to those speeds.

Either way, I'm sure you're happy now that you know how to go 115+ at the "track".

You're profile pretty much calls your BS-"Also i like 2 race (legally and illegally) but dont worry de eso se yo... i also like musik... musik is my life... cant live without it... i dont have a favorite genre... i like it all "

Trapping 115 on a stock KA, never. If you beat a turbo civic, must have been a VERY slow turbo civic.

I was giving you the benefit of the doubt and assumed you meant a real track. You sure in the hell ain't breaking 115mph in the 1/4.

Stop feeding us your BS and just admit you drive like an a-hole on public streets.

Yes I did do it as a dumbass kid. Are you dumbass kid?

My safety, my license, and the safety of my fellow drivers has become much more important. I get to have all the fun I want on a track. Once you have a taste of real motorsports, you'll never speed on the streets again.

If you have a 5 speed you can run an automatic ecu. I got mine for $20 by mistake but found out all it does is remove the speed limiter and fuel cutoff which is cool. No check engine light thrown or anything works great.

How True, and thoes spectacular wrecks on TV don't look so cool now that I have to fix a car after a tangle on the track.

yes everybody speeds and drives like an idiot at some point of their lives. The lucky ones live long enough to out grow it.

Now i am not going to say that i have never driven fast in my life, I have driven fast(I am 19 years old of course I have). I have paid 700 dollars to the state of michigan for my tickets(4 tickets for 14 times being pulled over) and driver responsibility fees and i was given a break on all my tickets. I technically should not have a lisence if i was written for the full amount on everyone.

My advice to you is slow down. There is no need to go fast on a public road. I have 8 points on my lisence and state farm wanted me to pay $2100 for a 1998 ford winstar. Driving fast is fun not going to lie. But driving fast on a public road is stupid. I have had my close calls and it is not worth putting your life and others lifes at risk

My friend had his suspended for 6 months because he had a 2 point ticket then a reckless driving(119 on the high way in a 92 integra).

He had to sell the car to pay all his debts, court fees, and tickets. The cop said to him that if he was going 1 mph faster he would have had to put him in jail ( dont know how much that is true but that is what the cop said.)

So just listen to other experiences and don't blow them off thinking that i won't happen to you. It will.

Swapping your 5 speed ECU with an Auto ECU will make your car idle higher by default. Auto's idle higher than manuals. But then again, that allows you to more than your allowed top speed. I have a bone stock 90 fastback 5 speed, It shuts off at 105MPH. Until I swapped ECU's.
