how to take out fuel injector

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

just wanna know if anyone have good idea on how to take out the fuel injector coz its pain in the ***.i cant take it out & its really damn hard.

Just to clarify, are you trying to take out the individual injectors, or the whole fuel rail itself?

They should come out fairly easily, depending on how long they've been in there. I replaced the o-rings on mine and I had to remove the whole fuel rail. Fairly simple.

just unscrew them and try and twist them free then use to screw drives and carfully pull them out.

yeah thats pretty much how you do it, just be sure to not break the sides too bad, i did on my first motor but still worked ok, it just may take some time.

i just popped mine out today.Unscrew the top cap over the injectors, then put the screws back in.Using 2 flathead screwdrivers put them into the holes on the side of the injectors and pry straight up using the screws you put back as a pivot point.

I had also soaked the fuel rail in pb blaster over night so i'm sure that helped a little.
