I'm doing an audio install and i need about ten 14 ga wires, about the size of 0 ga, through the grommet in the door I did the driver's side but I'm having trouble with the passenber's side. The glove box and the panel around it are removed and I removed the screws holding the white circle and the black box into place (what are they and should i remove them completely?) and the majority of the screws holding the dash on the passenger side are out. I was looking and I guess the dash looks like it is all one piece. How do i take the dash apart so I can get in there and remove things?

Can you post a picture of the questionable area?

I'll follow this. I have a nasty rattle under my middle/passenger dash and havent had the warmth to try and take the entire cover off.

I fished it in without taking apart the dash, you have to put it in the this one metal hole behind all the connectors behind the kickpanel, then you have to use like metal wire with the door open and fish it down the hole to get it through.

Was a pain in the a** took me like 40 mins for passanger door, like 25ish for the drivers, but i was like f not im not taking apart the dash cause my whole audio install already took me like 20 hrs

what kind of speakers is he putting in his door? 18" subs? But i guess then you would have to take apart the dash.

Only advice i can give is take it slow and dont crack it, i bet the dash aint too cheap

I'm putting in 2 components in the doors with the crossovers on the doors and some leds but anyways....
I was looking at it today and i think instead of taking off the whole dash I'm just going to drill a 1/2" hole in the door jamb right behind the kick panel it would make my life ten times easier. I'm sick of this build. If you guys could give me some feedback about drilling a hole, good, bad wouldn't do it?

Thats perfectly fine if your feeling lazy, just be very sure where the tip of the bit is going, dab of paint on a hobby brush to cover exposed metal, maybe a dab of silicone around after the wires are run
