disconnect everything... and pull up.

If you make a lazy post.. you will get a lazy response. I don't know how many threads I read before I pulled out my first engine... and they are all still on this forum....

actually nissan has a built in feature that not many people know about that would make taking out an engine a WHOLE lot easier. If you knock on the hood three times, but here is the tricky part. Its not knock....knock....knock but instead it has to be knock..(1 second)...knock......(3 seconds)......knock, kind of like a secret knock and when you open your hood back up, like magic, everything is disconnected and you could just take that baby out of there.

If that doesnt work i would suggest searching the forums or trying something like.

Disconnect all the wiring, the radiator hoses, AC stuff, unbolt from transmission, unbolt from motor mounts, and lift. Something along those lines.

Man if you need a step by step maybe you should find someone to help you. Get a FSM pop the hood and disconnect everything from the motor to the body. Double check before you pull it out. I can get mine out in under 5 hours once its on jack stands and all the tools are pulled out of the tool box.

I always pull the trannt with the motor for cleaning and just makes it ezer IMO

pull the engine without the transmission attached, it is easier in my opinion and takes less time.

To makes things alittle easier, take some masking tape and marker and tape on the ends of all the things you disconnet a number. So when you connect it together you plug 1 into 1 and 2 into 2 and so forth.
