how to set j30 stock alarm?

I was wondering how i set my stock alarm for my 95 j30? I just got a new remote for the car and it doesnt work. thanks

you have to go to the dealership and have them program the remote to the actual alarm...it costed me about $50 to do on my other J but i wrecked it and got a new 1 that had a prestige keyless entry and remote start...a nissan dealership can do it as well...personally id take it to infiniti but i know it might be cheaper at nissan

SERVICE INFORMATIONThe proper procedure for programing additional remote controllers is listed below.

SERVICE PROCEDUREWhile sitting inside the vehicle:(1) Open the trunk.(2) Close and lock all doors.(3) Insert and remove the key from the ignition six times within 10 seconds.(4) Manually unlock and lock driver's door once to enable "Belting" mode.(5) Push lock button on the new remote controller once, just long enough to hear within 5 seconds of completing step 4.(6) If additional remotes are needed (up to 3), repeat steps 4 and 5 for each additional remote immediately after programming the first remote.NOTE: a total of four (4) remotes can be programmed to function on the same vehicle.
