I have a 2003 Maxima. Could someone tell me the best oil, antifreeze/coolant and transmission fluid to use. Thanks

Welcome to NICO.

The best of anything is a matter of preference, and subjective opinion. I can tell you what I personally use/recommend as fluids, but I'm not saying that they are the best.

I only use Mobil 1 10-30 in my maxima, as it rarely gets below zero* in my area.

For antifreeze, use a green coolant, but make sure the system is clean. If it is dirty brown, then flush it with lots of water. When doing the final fill, you may with to use distilled water to keep contaminates (hard water particles/build up) out of the system.

I would either use the factory Nissan Matic-D fluid, or a high quality Dextron III for the transmission.

If you have a manual transmission, I would recommend Red Line MT-90.
