Here's what you do. I did it and it seems to work.
Go to the page on which the video is displayed. Then select View --> Source at the top of your browser (Internet Explorer) Search for .flv in the source until you find the full path to the video. It will look like this in the case of the video you are looking for:

Cut out just the part after file= up to " />
The remaining code will look like this:
http://vid272.photobucket.com/...3.flv
That is the path to your video. Paste that into the URL of your browser. You will be propted to save. Save it to your hard drive.
The file downloaded is in .flv (flash video) format so to play it you will need a player that plays .flv video. (You can find one here for free
http://www.download.com/FLV-Pl....html).
You can also convert the video to a different format to play for example on your Ipod. For this you will need a conversion program such as Total Video Converter
