HOW TO: S13 Fog Light Wiring

There are so many other Nissan fog light switches that'll fit like mine, but unfortunately they seat further back. I'll post some examples later.

These are the examples. They are sunken like this when installed. You need this type of switch to keep the cruise control switch.

Second switch is for 180sx optional fog lights, but still you can make it work. I ran into a brand new set of 180sx kouki lights, but didn't get it because I think they look ugly even on 180sx kouki.

Circled one is the correct switch for USDM s13. Middle two pins are for the light on the switch.

SWEET found the plug for my s14 euro fog switch. i have been searching for that plug for a long time!!! junkyard here i come....

Just one question guys, I hooked mine up according to the write-up but something went wrong somewhere or th 93 S13 is different. I used a toggle switch to operate the lights as stated because I was doing this for extra points in my electrical class. Got the lights to work (saturday, got my ten points) but then started car and turned on lights Monday night, no dash (instrument) lights. I switched the plugs around on the toggle (has 3 connectors) and dash (instrument) lights work again. I either have fog lights or dash (instrument) lights. It seems the toggle is now controling the instrument panel lights for some reason. PLEASE GUYS ANY INFO WILL BE HELPFUL. be nice if I can keep my B+ for class. i have just done this got the relay and the switch unfortunatly it doesnt work with hid kits. when the hid kit is installed you only get 10.8 power through the relay which wont switch it and turn on the lights. fogs must be done from scratch with hids. if anyone knows a way around this problem let me know.
