how to replace the light for the back stop light

how do i replace my back stop light thats inside the windshield by speakers my the on a 06 m35x it just stopped working

can anyone tell me how i can fix it or change the light bulb

also does anyone know where i can buy HID kit for my Fog lights that are not to pricey
