How to replace oil pickup? 89 240sx

I figured I should replace the oil pickup w/ a new one when I drop my oil pan. Is it as simple as unbolting the 2 or 3 screws that hold it in & put in a new one? Or is there more involved.

No real need, as it doesn't "wear out".

It's EZ to remove tho - 2 bolts in front and one on the side (once you drop the pan).
