How to replace Fuel Filter???

Hi!I have 1990 240sx..I think i have to change my fuel filter as soon as possible..Does anybody know how to replace fuel filter ??Anybody did it before by yourself??I saw the process on the FAQ section.. but it's not enough..Would you please tell me specific process.. I dun wanna blow up my car... I appreciate it..

i blew up my car yesterday twice trying to put my tires on... I'd be dead if I tried to swap the fuel filter....

seriously...the FAQ...I replaced my timing chain usign the faq and I knew NOTHING about cars internals 2 days before.
