recently my window motor is operating properly and every time I pull up the window it gets slower. I need help in removing and installing a new window motor.

Have you tried spraying silicone spray in the corners? There's a how-to floating around here somewhere. I would definitely try that first.

Rather than spraying the silicone on the window guides, spray it on a smallrag (about 1/4 of an old wash cloth would be right). Get the rag pretty wet,but not dripping, and wipe the guides with it. No overspray.

Just finished up a DIY video on how to replace the motor, might be useful...
