How to replace 5 watt trim light in headlight

Has anyone replaced the 5 watt trim light in their headlight. It is the bulb that is under the orange reflector on the most outer edge of the headlight on the 07 M35. It looks like there is no easy access to that bulb from the back of the headlight.

If you can't get to it from behind the headlight, then chances are you'll have to get it from behind the wheel-well. That's just a thought, and I don't know for sure.

You have to remove the fender liner to get to it.
