How to repair rear hatch glass weather strip molding???????????

Well my 240 is getting really old. Its about time to fix the strip that goes around the glass.. any idea of how to fix this???? The bottom part is comming off and the top part is all bent inward.. no idea how it happened.

oooo, Nice. Um, well I'd suggest having a pro do that one. iirc they may need to have two guys do the lifting on the glass for safety reasons. That's not really something I'd suggest someone do...

because if they mess it up, its their fault..and that hatch glass isn't cheap, iirc its about as bad as an eclipse window
