Don't know. Try it and let us know!

You live in Santa Cruz with beach weather, try finding one where I live in 100F+. Plus being in SoCal, it would gone in less than an hour, LOL.

yep. the guy thinks it's the headgasket. however no smoke at all, no oil in coolant, etc. two cylinders aren't firing. the first one isn't getting a spark (and might be getting fuel) and the other one is getting a spark but must not be getting fuel. while it was running i just started pulling plug wires and looking for which ones that spark.

I am solving my cracked dash problem by removing the cracked foam and taking it down to the black plastic base. Just gonna fiberglass it and spray it. Cheap!

i tried this on my doors panels this weekend .. i had a 2sq. inch hole on the driver side panel for some reason i don't know.. the car came like that from Japan ..

it worked pretty well .. sould of filled it some more.. ohh well better than b4

it worked super amazing to fill the small holes behind the fabric..

i used some silicone to fill the base of the hole .. gives it more flex.

and then finished off with some Duplicor vinyl paint and passed a super light 2000 grit sand paper to remove irregularities from the rattle can

i'm happy with the result...

now to do the rest of the interior

Sweet write up. I was wondering how to fix, and may try, but at the same time I'm considering selling my 240, maybe include your write up and charge extra. LOL. anyways, this is awesome.

I had done a repair recently on this dash, there has got to be a better way to repair this for at least a 2 year gaurantee.
I used mixed baking soda and epoxy to fill in cracks, however, the dry rotted foam is just terrible to work with when u need flexibility- it needs more of a bond but something with extreme flexibility... anways best method of repair was mentioned couple posts back- ripped down to bare plastic and do what u want with it. Old vinyl foam sux a**.
