How to remove the abs ring / bearing holder from the front rotor QX4 HELP!!

Hello and posted this on the QX forum first, but figure this may be a better place,

01 QX4

How can I remove the abs ring / bearing cup assembly from the front rotors? The bolts are removed and the thing still wont move. Tried to "tap" it out with a punch and a hammer from the backside with no luck. Do I need a press?? Any help REALLY appreciated.
