How to remove seatbacks

Just got my new 09 Murano SL! I have a pair of the headrest dvd players that I plan to install, and have two questions with which I hope I can get some help:

1) How to remove the seatbacks on the front seats, so I can run the wires and cables, etc?

2) Where is the best place to tap into power with wires coming down the backs of the seats?
