I've owned my car for about 5 months. The gauge plastic was always a bit smudged up. I used a clean and damp microfiber towel to clean as noted in the owners manual.

After I cleaned it up I noticed some visible scratches. I'm sure they were always there and just didn't see them because of how smudged up it was.

Anyway to remove these scratches? Not the end of the world but it's a bit annoying.

Thanks

Unfortunately, you have to live with it. Known issue with the Rogue.

Just wait for your first scratch while in parking lot.

Or dent hopefully not.

Then you will most likely not think of the instrument panel. :poke:

Mac, Plexiglass polish , it's a little less abrasive/aggressive than the heavier headlamp "restorers".

Good luck getting rid of the scratches. I've had mine replaced twice already at the dealership and will have to replace the third one. The plastic is very very soft.
Since my basic 3 year warranty is over, I'm going to order the cluster cover from the dealership and install a 3M clear film on it before installing it.

Try toothpaste as a polish. It is less abrasive than most polishes!
