How to remove rear speakers from a 1995 Q45

Do you have to remove the rear deck to replace the speakers on a 1995 Q45. Can you pop the speaker covers off to get to the screws. They are Bose speakers.

If you don't replace with refurbished Bose for the G50, you will have to rewire also. Then that would leave you the fronts.
