how to remove rear seat belts in s14?

i have my rear seat area pretty much gutted except for the rear seat belts. i took the buckles out, and 2 bolts holding in the main strap and the retractable mechanism thing, but it is still connected to the C pillar by that rotating triangle shaped piece. does anyone know how to remove this?

you pop the cap off of it and there should be another 14mm bolt under it.
